Soap noodles are the main ingredient for soap production. noodles are consist of sodium salts and fatty acids derived from animal oils or fats. Applications include sanitary soaps, laundry soap and multi-purpose products. Its color always varies from white to brown.

We provide a wide range of lubricants and washing materials that are widely used for the manufacture and processing of soap. We offer a wide range of soap  noodles that are used as the basis for the production line of soap. All products in this range are 100% based on animal oils and are exclusively made from high grade refined fatty acids, while multi-purpose soap-noodles are produced by using a water heater.

About Iranian Soap noodles

Persian soap noodles have animal fats such as cow fat, chicken fat or sheep fat. For soft noodles, some people think that adding more glycerol softens soap flavors and easily removes soap strips from it, but glycerol does not make this trick. Glycerol is an environment that soluble free fatty acids in noodles. So if glycerol seems to soften your soap production, in fact, free fatty acids can be combined with glycerol and create the required softness. This means that you should check the level of free fatty acid in your soap noodles; if they are not limited or present, do you think the addition of glycerol have any limited effects? In such cases, you must first add fatty acids which depends on its PH.

Alkaline Iranian Soap noodles

Similarly, avoiding glycerol seems to make the soap  noodles harder. But the little solubility of free fatty acids makes it harder. The hardest is an alkali noodles that free fatty acids do not exist or available there.

What is Iranian Soap noodles?
Persian soap-noodles are in the form of string. Soap-noodles are made by combining and mixing of oils, fats and caustic soda (NaOH) with moisture (water) and other raw materials.

Hot and cold production process

There are two main hot and cold production process to make hard soap. Commercial Soap (Irish Soap, Dove, Body Soap, Hard Soap) is produced using a hot process method.

In the hot process line, oils and deodorants for the duration of dehydration ,a process in which the oil and Alkaline products are welded together. During the boil process, the product is detached from soap and glycerin. In many large commercial processes, glycerin is isolated and sold, and then a soap mixture change in the form of extruded molds or to prepare processes Soap molding is converted into soap noodles.

The separation of glycerin from hot soap mixture prevents from soap reduction on the shelf, which is great deal for the manufacturers. In addition, a hot process soap mixture can be extruded into a mold, the majority of Soap noodles production is for Export, mainly in Iran, Malaysia, China, India and Australia , In soap  noodles palm plantations and coconut are provided.Since the hot soap mixture for production , or for the mold extrusion has been welded for a long time, the oil must be added to hot soap production, so to deal with it many preservatives are added to keep hot soap processes in place for a longer time.

Soap produced from soap-noodles or hot-extrusion factories has a sophisticated appearance. However, many home-made workshops also use Iranian soap-noodles to create unique soaps. Soap made with soap noodles does not need to have all the BHT, EDTA, propylene glycol in the soap. Soap manufacturers using soap  noodles should disclose the ingredients which they added to their soap bar. The list of final ingredients can be very deceptive, because it does not mention all the ingredients in the list.

Production of  in cold process

Most handmade soap manufacturers tend to use a cold production process mainly, in which the oils are only heated to a melting point and to be mixed with alkali.

The cold soap mixture is then thinned, cut, and cooled by cooling to a large block, then, for about 4-5 weeks, the custom cold soap which save glycerin and requires chemical safety preservatives because the oils have not been welded.

However, because are more common, many small manufacturers also begin to use which is like melting capsules and soap dispensers. The cold process soaps maintain the glycerine content, use less production processes, and contain less preservatives for boiled soap.
